Students must have a GPA of 3.75 or higher
	Students must be in at least one of the recognized co-curricular school activities
	Students must have done activities in the community or area in which they live and obtain supervisor documentation
	Students that have had trouble in school or community in which disciplinary action has been taken may have their membership terminated
	Students must be willing to volunteer their services to school and staff and assist staff when called upon
	School attendance and punctuality are regarded as very important
	All necessary forms must be complete and neatly typed
	If something is relevant and not mentioned in the above criteria, it may be voted on by the NHS committee to determine a student's eligibility
